Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective Date: July 31, 2026 · ← Back to Home
Comley Fresch, LLP does not sell your personal information for money. This website does use Google Analytics and advertising/retargeting technologies (such as Google Ads, Meta, and/or TikTok advertising pixels) to measure and advertise our services, which may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to opt out of that sharing at any time, free of charge, without affecting any legal services we may provide to you.
Option 1: Automatic detection (Global Privacy Control)
If your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that automatically as a valid request to opt out of sharing for this browser.
Don't have Global Privacy Control? You can record a manual opt-out preference for this browser below, or use Option 2 to make sure your request also reaches our advertising platforms.
Option 2: Request by email or phone (recommended)
Because our advertising accounts (such as Google Ads or social media advertising platforms) are managed outside of this website, the most reliable way to fully exercise your opt-out, deletion, or other CCPA rights across all of our systems is to contact us directly:
Email: alex@comleylaw.com
Phone/Text: (310) 491-0284
We will verify your request and honor it within the time required by California law.
What Counts as "Sharing"?
Under the CCPA, "sharing" generally refers to disclosing personal information (such as your browsing activity or device identifiers) to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising — for example, so that an ad platform can show you a relevant ad on another website. It does not mean we sell your name, phone number, or case details to anyone.
